The Oklahoma State University (OSU) Extension animal science folks have compiled a suite of free software that cattlemen can download and use. The software includes spreadsheets to calculate nutrients and balance diets; calculate feedyard breakeven; a “Cowgame” to practice breeding and selection decisions; a stocker planner and more.
